  Not sure what's happening to customer service across America, but it needs work. What happened to greeting your customers, being friendly, and offering assistance? This store does none of the above. If you choose to work in customer service, make sure that you enjoy it so that the rest of us can enjoy our shopping experience. Your job is not to put away clothes instead of helping customers in your store. Also be helpful to the people that you work with so that one person isn't drowning as the next is opening boxes.

  Love the clothes but the stipulations on the coupons are wack! Saw the CEO on Undercover Boss show & he said he knew the coupons were an issue! Somebody really needs to change it cause I'm really considering taking my business elsewhere!
